General Terms of Service

1. Introductory provisions
These general terms of service (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between the operator Michal Sorát, a natural person (non-entrepreneur), contact support@trenerdesk.com (hereinafter the "Provider") and the user of the TrenerDesk service (hereinafter the "User").
TrenerDesk is currently in a free beta version. The service is provided non-commercially, without any claim to remuneration, solely for testing purposes.
The TrenerDesk service is a web application intended for online fitness trainers that enables client management, the creation of training programs and progress tracking.
2. Definitions
- Service — the TrenerDesk web application available at the domain app.trenerdesk.com
- User — a natural or legal person who creates an account in the Service
- Client — a person to whom the User provides training services through the Service
- Client portal — an interface intended for Clients, accessible via a unique link without registration
3. Registration and user account
Using the Service requires registration. The User is obliged to provide truthful and current data. The User is responsible for the security of their account and login credentials.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an account that violates these Terms or is inactive for more than 12 months.
4. Conditions of use of the service
The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable legal regulations and these Terms. The User must not misuse the Service, distribute harmful content or attempt unauthorized access to the Provider’s systems.
5. Pricing conditions and payments
During beta testing the Service is provided free of charge. No payment or entry of payment details is required.
After the beta version ends, paid plans may be introduced. Users will be informed in advance of any such change, including conditions and prices, and will have the option to stop using the service.
6. Rights and obligations of the user
The User has the right to:
- Use all features of the Service available within the beta version
- Export their data at any time
- Cancel their account at any time
The User is obliged to:
- Keep contact details up to date
- Ensure the consent of their Clients to the processing of their personal data
- Not misuse the Service for purposes contrary to the law
7. Rights and obligations of the provider
As the Service is in a beta version, the Provider does not guarantee its continuous availability. Outages, downtime or data resets related to development and testing may occur. The Provider strives for the highest possible stability but provides no guarantee of availability.
The Provider is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the Service, by outages of the User’s internet connection, or for content the User inserts into the Service.
8. Duration and termination of the contract
The contractual relationship arises upon creation of an account and lasts for an indefinite period. The User may cancel their account at any time. After account cancellation, data will be deleted within 30 days, unless legal regulations require longer retention.
9. Liability and limitation of warranty
During the beta version the Service is provided free of charge and "as is". The Provider does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for any loss of data during testing. As the Service is free, the Provider bears no financial liability towards the User.
10. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by the legal order of the Slovak Republic. The Provider reserves the right to change the Terms. The User will be informed of any change at least 14 days in advance by e-mail.
